Initiate Your Request
Log into your Omio account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
